OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

We ship exclusively through NZ Couriers. 

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is verified.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Options:

  • We offer the following shipping methods:

    • Standard Shipping 2-3 business days with NZ Couriers tracked and traced

International Shipping:

  • We currently don't offer over seas shipping but if we have enough interest we will look at adding it in the future

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address and contact the carrier for assistance.

  • Shipping Delays:

  • In the event of unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue.

  • Holiday Shipping, during peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We understand sometimes you regret your buying decisions, but don't worry we have a 7 day return policy.

Return Policy

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • We will only accept returned item(s) and to be eligible for a return, it must be in their original condition, with tags attached, unused, unwashed and unstained, in the same condition as received.

  1. Contact our customer support at alex@toyplace.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you would like to return.

  3. Our customer support will guide you through the return process, including the shipping instructions.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping:

WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • the toy place ltd, provides a limited warranty for 1 month from the date of purchase on clothing items.

Coverage:

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear and care. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper washing, or alterations.

Claim Process:

  1. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our team at alex@toyplace.co.nz with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process.

Resolution:

  • If the clothing item is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it.

Exclusions:

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage caused by improper care or washing

    • Alterations made by third parties

Limitation of Liability:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the clothing item. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
